Hi Roland, thanks for sharing more details. Restcomm is a CPaaS enabler for service providers, so what I recommend is work with nearest Restcomm partner and get an offer for high volumes. Am pretty positive you can save a decent % vs the commercials over the top players. If you get to a size where you have your own carrier relationships, you can then justify getting your own Restcomm Cloud Setup and provision your own carrier directly with Restcomm. For tight budget and low volumes at the beginning I would just go for a CSP already CPaaS enabled by Restcomm open source technology listed in the article.
